The board of the Parents' Association includes a president, secretary, treasurer, committee chairpersons and a faculty liaison.  The board meets monthly.

The President , Michlyn Walsh,, is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Parents’ Association, planning the monthly Board meetings, preparing agendas, bringing to the Board ideas and concerns from the CDH parent community that are within the scope of the Parents’ Association, and communicating with the CDH Administration as necessary.

The responsibility of the Treasurer, Missy Cullen, is to monitor the deposits and withdrawals of the two different financial accounts of the CDH Parents’ Association. These accounts are: 1) General Fund, and  2) Revenue Generating Fund. Each month the Treasurer obtains financial information to present at the CDH Parents’ Association meeting, reports on the various activities expenses, and provides the balance for each of the accounts. 

The Secretary, Peggy Stang,, is responsible for keeping accurate records of meetings.

The Communications Director, Stacey Molnar,, is responsible for the communication needs of the board.

The remaining board is comprised of Committee Chairs who coordinate parent association events.
