Update on Presidential Search (5/10/23)

Dear CDH Community,

The search for the next president of Cretin-Derham Hall is well underway.  As we noted last month, Carney Sandoe & Associates has been retained to manage the search process. They are simultaneously implementing the search for both an interim president and the permanent president.  

Frank Miley will continue to lead CDH in his role as president through June 30, 2023.  We anticipate naming an interim president by the end of June.  Miley will also be available for transition support this summer.

For the permanent president search, Carney Sandoe & Associates will follow a well-defined approach that will include a site visit and a community survey to solicit input from key constituents prior to finalizing the position profile.  These are critical steps as we seek the next president and will be foundational to finding qualified candidates to lead CDH.  

The Board will continue to update our community as the search process continues.  For ongoing information on the status of the search, please reference the Presidential Search 2023 webpage and the monthly newsletters (Communicator and The LINK) where updates will be posted.
