Transferring to CDH

Transfer applications are accepted and reviewed year round. Acceptance of transfer students may be restricted by the availability of openings in each grade level.

Transfer Process

Any interested transfer student should contact our Admissions Director, Sean Van Gemert '96 at 651-696-3302 or svangemert@c-dh.org.

You may also Apply Online. We will contact your current high school to request transcripts and records.

Our Admissions Office will contact you once all records and transcripts are received to inform you of our admittance decision.
