1930s
A book titled, "An American Hero: Eugene Trowbridge," by Victor A. Nelson, M.D. is the story of Eugene Trowbridge'36 who was a top student at Cretin High School and his wife, Virginia Burvenich Trowbridge'36, who graduated from Derham Hall High School. Trowbridge was also the Band Director at Cretin High School for four years in the early 1950s. The book is available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
1960s
Duane Crosland'61 recently published a book, "I Am Proud to be a Catholic: What is Unique about Being a Catholic." The book gives 25 reasons why a person should be proud to be a Catholic. The book is available through Amazon.
Bill Miles'69 was selected as one of the 12 Minnesota State High School League members that will be added to its Hall of Fame during a banquet Sunday, October 22, at the InterContinental St. Paul Riverfront Hotel. Read more.

Tony Bruess'14, and his mother, Dr. Carol Bruess, were guests on WCCO's This Morning, in September discussing rules for forging successful college roomie relationships. Watch the interview.
Robert Jameson'06 (left), is a Ph.D. candidate in history at the University of Kansas conducting Fulbright-funded research in Prague on the Czechoslovak computer industry of the 1970s and '80s. Mark Neuzil (right), father of CDH alums Elena Neuzil'13 and Maria Neuzil'15, is a Fulbright scholar from the University of St. Thomas teaching journalism at Charles University in Prague. They are among four U.S. graduate students and four U.S. faculty scholars in this fall's Fulbright program in the Czech Republic.
