Alumni Gather in Arizona to Reconnect and Hear Exciting CDH Updates

March 19, 2025

President Jeb Myers and Senior Vice President for Advancement Rob Bollinger recently traveled to Arizona to meet alumni from all three schools: Cretin, Derham Hall, and Cretin-Derham Hall.

Highlights of their trip included an alumni reception, an alumni group luncheon, and a visit to meet with the Alumni and Advancement offices at Brophy College Preparatory, a Jesuit high school located in Phoenix.

Tom ‘68 and Debbie Lentsch hosted a special reception in Paradise Valley on March 11. Alumni and friends attended and enjoyed the opportunity to meet with Jeb and Rob and hear about the exciting news happening at CDH. The following day, Ron Peterson ‘59 hosted a luncheon with alumni and guests in Tucson.  Many alumni and friends are former parents of CDH alumni.

Cretin and Derham Hall alums Mark Schrantz '71 and his wife Denise Barnett Schrantz '73 shared that they enjoyed the opportunity to meet with Jeb and Rob along with others attending the event. They noted that they enjoyed hearing "the update on the direction of CDH educating and preparing students for their future with a quality education that instills compassion for others when they experience how much CDH faculty and staff cares about them. This makes us even more committed to be supportive of CDH."

CDH is committed to creating opportunities for alumni and friends to reconnect and celebrate their shared history. Previous events this year included visits to Palm Desert, California and Naples, Florida. With several exciting out-of-state events in New York City and Chicago still to come this April, there are plenty of chances to join in and be part of the Raider spirit.
