Angela Samec Woessner ’96

Angela advises clients on acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial real estate, including negotiating and drafting purchases and sale agreements, leases, easements, real estate financing documents, and other related documents. She works to negotiate, draft, and review leases for industrial, office, and retail real estate. Angela's expertise allows her to facilitate commercial real estate transactions to align with clients’ business objectives.
Lance Bonner ’06

Lance advises public and private companies on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions, and corporate governance. Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels in 2017, Lance was an associate with Lindquist & Vennum, practicing in both business and commercial transactions, and business litigation groups.
Sarah Swenson Kilibarda ’93
FAEGRE BAKER DANIELS, LLP
Sarah has focused on solving immigration and global mobility (IGM) challenges throughout her 20-year career, first as an AmeriCorps volunteer working with low-income immigrants in Texas, then as an immigration paralegal and attorney, focusing specifically on employment-based immigration. Sarah counsels business clients on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and labor certifications filed before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
Brian McMahon ’87
Managing Director, Twin Cities of Major, Lindsey and Africa
Brian is the Managing Director of the Twin Cities office of Major, Lindsey, and Africa—the largest legal search firm in the world. He represents associate attorneys, individual partners, and partner groups in the lateral marketplace and executes focused searches for law firm clients. He also helps lawyers and law firms in other markets evaluate opportunities in the Twin Cities. After law school, he worked as a litigation associate, and then partner, with Gray Plant Mooty in Minneapolis. In 2006, Brian left Gray Plant Mooty to start his own law firm in downtown St. Paul. He practiced as a solo for nine years. He is a former President of the Ramsey County Bar Association.
