Boys Hockey Advances to State

The CDH Boys Hockey team defeated St. Thomas Academy 4-2 in the Class 2A, Section 3 title game on Wednesday, March 1 and headed to the Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament. 

Leo Miller ’24 stopped 21 shots for his eighth victory of the season and Max Anderson ’26 scored twice at the sold-out Braemar Arena. “We made it happen, but it’s not over yet,” said Jake Fisher '23, who scored twice. "we have plenty more work to get done. It has been our goal all year to return to the X."

The Raiders went on to defeat #2 Maple Grove 3-1 to advance to the State Semifinals at the Xcel Energy Center. This is the second consecutive season that they have qualified for this tournament.
