CDH Chamber Singers Performed with Ripon College Chamber Singers

The CDH Chamber Singers performed an exchange concert with the Ripon College Chamber Singers at Pilgrim Lutheran Church in St. Paul on March 10, 2018.

The students had a chance to work with collegiate director Dr. Jonathan Hughes and sing with his college choir. They were also given some valuable time to ask questions of the college students about what it's like to be in college and sing in the choir.

The CDH Chamber Singers opened the concert with three pieces of varying styles. Then the Ripon College Chamber Singers took the stage. Halfway through the college’s second set, our CDH singers joined them to perform a number called Stand in that River.

The students spoke highly of the experience and said they definitely want to do more things like this.
