Claire McMahon Aces ACT

Congratulations to incoming senior Claire McMahon who earned a perfect score on the ACT this year. According to ACT, only 1 in every 1000 test takers achieve a score of 36, making the accomplishment quite exceptional.

AT CDH, McMahon is currently involved in many co-curriculars, including Student Council, Leadership Academy, Link Crew, Theater Crew and Science Olympiad. She is also captain on the Varsity Tennis team and plays Lacrosse.

McMahon attended Holy Spirit through sixth grade and Convent of the Visitation for seventh and eighth grade. While undecided on her future college major, she is interested in studying pre-med, biology or mathematics.

The daughter of John and Connie McMahon, Claire is the third child in the McMahon family to achieve a perfect ACT score. Her brothers, Matt McMahon'15 and Michael McMahon'17 also earned a 36 on the ACT Test.
