1950s

▲ The class of '57 met with Jeb Myers at Gabe's.

1960s

The Cretin class of 1963 played golf in the annual “Britz Scramble” on August 7 and hosted a class lunch at the Pool and Yacht Club. The next class of '63 lunch is Thursday, September 12.

▲ Joe Jansen ‘66 is a member of Christie DeParcq American Legion Post 406 and has been elected Vice-Commander for the 4th and 5th Districts of the American Legion Department of Minnesota for the 2024-2025 membership years.  

▲ The Pioneer Press published an article about a group of "Breakfast Boyz" from the Como/Roseville area that meet up on Thursdays at the Keys Cafe. A few Cretin Alumni were mentioned in the article.

1970s

▲ Debra Unger Fastner '72 gathered classmates for a luncheon. Debra says, "After our 50th class reunion I met up with some of the women I knew back when and some of the women I didn’t know too well. It has been a joy sharing our last 50 years of joys and sorrows, children and grandchildren, baptisms, weddings and funerals. I never put a lot of stock in reunions even though I usually worked on the committees, until my 50th. It has been an unexpected joy in making new/old friends. I highly recommend folks to reach out and attend their next reunion."

Alan Link ‘73 has retired from Regis Corporation where he served as Associate Vice President and Senior Managing Attorney.   

James Morelli ‘79, is a construction electrician working on a new army hospital at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.

1990s

▲ Kevin Dolan '91 was a speaker at the Minneapolis CISO Executive Summit. He is an Account Director at Snyk.

Jessica Nowlin '97 started a new role as Chief Compliance Officer with the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

2000s

Phil Kaplan '00 started a new position as Senior Legal Counsel at Howden Re.

▲ Joe Mauer '01 was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame by the Baseball Writers’ Association of America. He attended the Induction Ceremony in Cooperstown on Jul 21, 2024.

2010s

Richie Podvin '12 is a player/manager for the Saint Paul Mudhens, a men’s Class A amateur baseball team in its second season in the Saint Paul League.

▲ Maconel James '12 will attend business school at the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management this fall as a Roy H. Park Leadership fellow and The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management fellow.

▲ Thomas Johnson '12 was recognized by Minnesota Lawyer as an “Up & Coming Attorney.”

Maggie Johnson '14 started a new position at FAO.

Laci Petronack '16 started a new position as Communication and Marketing Specialist at Maguire Agency.

Thomas Underwood '18 started a new position as an Associate Trading Compliance Specialist at CHS Inc.

Norma Carrera-Perez '18 was accepted into the Masters for Advocacy & Political Leadership (MAPL) at Metro State University.

Abe Schwinn '19 completed a game day promotions internship with the St. Paul Saints.

Colleen Bird '19 started a new position as  Marketing Coordinator with Idealease.

▲ Danny Magnuson '19 is interning for the Secretary of the Veteran Administration in Washington DC. He is part of the Presidential Transition plan in the VA that occurs every election year. He will be a senior at Skidmore College playing hockey.

2020s

▲ Grace Coyle '20 earned a MEd degree in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota in May. She worked on a brand partnership internship with the Minnesota Twins and she assisted the Big Ten Network during the Big Ten Conference men’s and women’s basketball tournaments in March. Grace will attend Marquette University Law School with a focus on Sports or Corporate Law.

Jack Nei '20 will start his career as an Associate with the JLL Industrial Team.

Jack Tauer '21 completed a summer internship with the Greco Wealth Management Team at UBS Hartford.

Caroline Kitchen '21 completed a Finance Leadership Development Program internship with Travelers.

William Davis '22 will be working with Delta Air Lines in the Structures Group of the Component Engineering team.

Annabelle Neurer '22 will work as an Intern at Sedgwick.

Megan Delsing '22 worked as a Global Print Sales Intern with Thomson Reuters this summer.

Jackie Reardon '23 is a Social Media Marketing Intern at Senior Helpers of Stillwater.

▲ Jake Fisher ‘23 was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche, with the 121st overall pick in the fourth round. He will attend the University of Denver this fall and play Division I hockey.

Jimmy Dodig '25, Jake Sondreal '23 and Jake Fisher '23 were top-ranked Minnesotans among North American skaters eligible for the NHL draft by Central Scouting.
