1970s
Kevin Galligan '79 and Kevin O'Brien '79 played in the Paddy Wagon Band at Mancini's on December 12.
John McCann '79 and his band played at Grand 7 in October. Classmates Kevin Galligan, Peter Grayson, Tom Traxler, Kevin O’Brien, Paul Ryan, Steve “Dino” Joyce, and Mike Jordan were able to attend.
2010s
Alex Gergen Rumpel '10 and Eva Boncich '17 were both featured in the Community of Saints school newsletter for their commitment to their students. Rumpel teaches first grade and Boncich teaches second. Read about them on page 4 of this linked PDF.
Noah Tischler '16 is published in the Journal of Applied Physics for a team research project that he worked on at the University of Southern California during his senior year. The article is on Electron-electron double resonance detected NMR spectroscopy using ensemble NV centers at 230 GHz and 8.3 T (or in layman's terms harvesting the energy from the center of a diamond to run a quantum computer).
Nick Neumann '17 was named to the 2021 D3football.com all-region first team. He plays football for St. John's University.
Sy Chatman ’18 was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Cancun Challenge playing for Illinois State University. Chatman is off to a great start averaging a double-double for the Redbirds.
