Explore Cuba: Travel Opportunity for Alumni
February 27, 2018
We are excited to announce that this new travel opportunity for graduates (age 21+) of Cretin, Derham Hall, and Cretin-Derham Hall is SOLD OUT!
The seven-day cultural immersion trip to Cuba is June 18-25, 2018.
The cost of the trip is $3,000 and includes a $200 tax-deductible donation that will go to the CDH Justice Education Trip Scholarship fund. The Cuba trip will include a fully escorted, all-inclusive, private tour, and a variety of social and cultural encounters. We will travel across the island visiting Havana, Viñales Valley, Santa Clara, Trinidad, and Cienfuegos to learn about art, music, dance, sustainable agriculture, food, and even ceramics with local professionals.
Explore Cuba with your fellow alums on this once-in-a-lifetime journey. Unearth the culture of a country that has been almost entirely off-limits to U.S. citizens for over half a century.
Please see the brochure for the travel itinerary. If you have questions about the trip, please contact Rebecca Medellín ’88.
