Finalists for President Visit Campus

The search for the next president of Cretin-Derham Hall has reached an important phase and three finalists have been brought on campus.   

All community members have been invited to attend a Community Forum to meet each finalist.  For consistency in this process, we encouraged those who were able to attend one community forum to attend all sessions.

Participants in the forum were asked to complete a short survey to provide feedback to the Search Committee. The Search Committee reviewed all surveys and feedback before proceeding.

For the integrity of the process and out of respect for these candidates, we are committed to a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. We will not be publishing the names of the finalists and we ask that you refrain from sharing names and/or information about these candidates within our community - that means both on and off campus.

The Board of Directors, the President’s direct reports, faculty and staff, and students also had scheduled times to meet each finalist.  

The Search Committee will make a final recommendation to the Board of Directors.  If approved, the Board of Directors will then forward the selected finalist to the sponsors, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet and the Christian Brothers who make the final decision.  There is no specific timeline for this, but the news will be shared as soon as a decision has been made.
