January 23, 2018
Join members of the community as they come together to support a local non-profit organization, Crescent Cove. Crescent Cove opened last year and is the first residential children's hospice home in the Midwest.
The benefit, "Mugs for Maryah" will be held on Sunday, March 18 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Bad Weather Brewing, in St. Paul. Please come out and support the cause.
"We need a comfortable place where we can just BE - whether we are a kid, a mom, a dad, a sibling or a grandparent."
- Maryah Tift†, alum of Cretin-Derham Hall, Class of 2012
"Mugs for Maryah" began as a fundraiser for Maryah Tift, a student at Cretin-Derham Hall who passed away at the end of her junior year. Maryah's final wish was to have a place like Crescent Cove for kids and teens when it was their time to pass. This stems from a large deficit in the number of children's hospice homes in the United States. All donations received will go to Crescent Cove.
