New Theater Director, Penelope Parsons-Lord, Announces 2022/2023 Season

Penelope Parsons-Lord, the new Theater Director, had the pleasure of announcing the 2022/2023 Theater Season last week! Theatergoers will be delighted by a line-up that will include audience favorites such Much Ado about Nothing, the Christmas Carol,  Sense and Sensibility, and Mama Mia!

This won't be her first time working with CDH students. She helped out in our theater department last Spring.  "I had a wonderful experience directing and costuming 'Chicago' last year and am looking forward to creating an amazing season with all of the talented and passionate students in the theatre program."

Parsons-Lord earned her degree in Theatre and Performance from Monash University in Melbourne and has worked professionally as a director, costume designer/constructor and actor. She moved to the Twin Cities from Australia in early 2021 with her husband, Luke, and their two dogs. 

We are so excited to have her on staff and can't wait to see the first show!
