Volunteers needed: Mother-Son Dinner Dance – Saturday, April 6
The annual Mother-Son Dinner Dance will be held at the University of St. Thomas. Online invitation and registration will be available in March.
We need volunteers to help with the following activities:
- Registration table at the event
- Set up
- Behind the scenes work - invitations, communications, coordinate the registrations, etc.
This is a great opportunity for the parents of daughters attending CDH - we need your help to make it successful! Please contact an event co-chairs Julie Novak or Molly Barrett if you have questions. This is not a big time commitment, but it is an important one to continue to make this annual event truly memorable for all the mothers and their sons. Go online to sign up for this event.
Volunteers needed: Senior Lock-In – Wednesday, May 29
The Senior Lock-In is sponsored by the Parent’s Association, along with the administration and faculty. This event is planned and staffed by CDH parents. The Lock-In immediately follows the graduation ceremony and will take place at CDH on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. The Lock-In is a way to give our seniors a chance to be together as a class one last time and celebrate their graduation in a safe and fun way with activities, games, music, and food.
We are looking for volunteers to lead committees for the Senior Lock-In, which occurs the night of graduation. The commitment includes one meeting a month and no more than five hours of work per month leading up to the event. Depending on the role, you may also be attending all or a portion of the event.
We need the following committee chairs for the event (these roles can be filled by parents of any grade student):
- Senior Lock-in Co-Chair
- Decorations Chair/Co-Chair
- Security Chair
Please contact Kristina Parker if you are interested in a committee chair role. Thank you!
