Reflections by Rob Bollinger
November 21, 2016
Since I arrived at Cretin-Derham Hall in July 2016 as a new Major Gift Officer on the Advancement team, I have seen firsthand the generosity and commitment of so many alumni, donors and friends of the school. This was clearly demonstrated by the results of the GiveCDH Day recently when close to $648,000 was contributed by over 1200 donors enabling us to achieve the match of $300,000 - all in support of our annual fund and the mission at CDH…impressive!
In the months and years to come, I am looking forward to working with our alumni and friends to provide assistance in making their philanthropic interests toward supporting CDH a fulfilling reality. The support for CDH can be provided in contributions to the annual fund, through providing funding for a named endowment, or including CDH in your estate through a planned gift. All gifts are important and greatly appreciated by our students, faculty, administration and volunteer leadership.
Winston Churchill stated, “We make a living by what we do, but we make a life by what we give.”
Please contact me if you have any questions about options for giving in support of CDH.
Live Jesus in Our Hearts, Forever!
