Student Council Hosts Successful Blood Drive

April 4, 2025

Cretin-Derham Hall students stepped up in a big way during the school’s annual blood drive, organized by the Student Council and led by science teacher Frances Sorenson. Their efforts resulted in 73 units of blood collected - enough to potentially save 219 lives.

The event, held in the field house, gave students the opportunity to support their broader community in a meaningful and life-saving way. Each unit of donated blood can help up to three people.

Thanks to all who donated and volunteered to make the blood drive a success. CDH continues to live out its mission of service.
