Students Experience Chinese Painting

Chinese Artist Yudong Shen visited CDH on April 3. Mandarin classes were joined by other interested students for a lecture and demonstration of Chinese painting.
 
Chinese painting classes were also offered during several periods throughout the school day.
 
Yudong Shen is a well-known Chinese artist in Minnesota. He is known for combining traditional Asian tools and landscapes with Minnesota influences.
