Training Haus Partnership Enhances Athlete Experience
May 13, 2021
We are excited to announce a partnership with Training HAUS! They are performance training experts and will work with our athletes year-round to fulfill their potential.
Training HAUS's mission is to use innovative, science-based methods to form a personalized approach for each athlete. They establish a foundation for athletic performance that promises to challenge, inspire and produce real results.
"Training HAUS is well-respected for challenging and inspiring athletes to be their best," said Athletic Director Phil Archer '99. "Their expertise will be a great addition to our Athletic programs."
As part of this partnership, Training HAUS will provide a full-time Strength & Performance Coach, Ryan Bonikowske.
Bonikowske's time and efforts are solely dedicated to the physical and mental development of each athlete within CDH, with a priority to further develop a culture of excellence within CDH. He will be available to student-athletes before and after school, in addition to attending a wide variety of athletic events throughout the school year to further support the student-athletes.
In addition to school-year programming, Bonikowske will lead program development each summer, alongside CDH coaches and support staff. Students who participate in Strength & Speed Training this summer will have the opportunity to work with Bonikowske.
