Drawing

These trimester long courses emphasize the learning of the elements and principles of design. Assignments and projects are based on those elements and principles and use a wide range of media such as pencil, pen/ink, chalk and oil pastels, and charcoal. Advanced courses allow students to further develop their drawing skills, visual comprehension skills, ability to describe artwork, exploration of mixed-media, and digital portfolio development. Cretin-Derham Hall's high school drawing courses are intended to introduce students to the fundamentals of drawing.

Courses available are Drawing I, II, and III,  along with Independent Studio Study. (*An Independent Study class MUST be pre-approved by an instructor.)
